The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Patong Beach. I loved the resort-like feel from the moment I entered, all the way to my room. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two amazing pools to relax by. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. The staff, especially Kwang from F&B, Lisa from Front Office, Jay who helped with our luggage, and Nam who was attentive during breakfasts, provided exceptional hospitality and made our stay a pleasant one.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. I never had to worry about leaving valuables in my room as nothing ever went missing. The hotel's location was perfect for me, just a one-minute walk to the beach and a short 10-minute stroll to the bustling Bangla Road. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their level of English was impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious spa, a clean and shaded pool with a swim-up bar, and even fun evening events like quiz night and tapas night. The atmosphere was lively, with great music at the pool and happy hour drinks. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, breakfast, and staff.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to the beach and within walking distance to Bangla road. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Vicky who assisted us with our transfer to Phi Phi. The breakfast offered a great variety of Thai and international dishes, with a fresh egg bar for made-to-order omelettes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the two swimming pools and spa, were excellent.
Don't have any issues at all.
